Grant Nichols

Grant is responsible for Centuria’s two listed vehicles, providing strategic direction and leadership over Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) and Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF). He has worked at Centuria since 2019.

Additionally, Grant oversees the Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP), which is Australia’s largest domestic pure-play industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). CIP is part of the S&P/ASX-200 Index and the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Index.

Grant has overall responsibility for the operation, performance, ESG initiatives and strategy of CIP, which includes 88 assets worth $3.8 billion (as at 31 December 2023).

He has over 20 years of real estate funds management experience having previously managed various funds for Investa Property Group and Australian Unity.

Grant holds a Master of Applied Finance from The Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). He is also a Fellow of FINSIA.
